When you are thankful in things that you have, it’s like you’re saying to the Universe, “Thank you for all the blessings you have given me.” The Universe would reciprocate and provides you with more things to be thankful for.

One of the easiest way to cultivate the feelings of gratitude is to have a gratitude journal. Start by writing 5 things that you are thankful for everyday and these can either be big or small.. What you can learn from this is that you can be thankful with all that’s happening in your life. One time I wrote about being grateful I caught the bus and I wasn’t late for work. The very next day I wrote down I was grateful for missing the bus because it gave me the time to listen to the birds sing while I waited for another bus. This technique of the Law of Attraction is quite effective for changing your thought patterns.

Third thing to do is just take the first step. People hesitate to take action in reaching their goals as they do not have a plan on how to achieve them. This should not slow you down. Everyone that did this and accomplished their goals don’t know on how the whole thing would work out. Simply take the first step and wait for the next opportunity to come.

At the same time, don’t just drag your feet waiting for the traffic lights in your life to turn green. Just do the first step and wait for the Universe to reveal what you could do next. There are times that Universe won’t give you the precise thing that you want, but it can give you anything that you like. Be ready to be flexible and to adjust yourself when the right time comes.. This is one of the most important techniques of the Law of Attraction you need to grasp.
